Banu Naraghi graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2016, where she was the Vice President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society and an author for the USC Business Law Advisor. Ms. Naraghi graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Sciences.
Ms. Naraghi spent her time during and after law school working for intellectual property and entertainment law firms such as One LLP and LaPolt Law, P.C, where she worked on intellectual property disputes and extensively on copyright policy and reform. She was a Clinical Intern for USC’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, which provides free legal assistance to artists, filmmakers, video game developers, and start-up companies.
Prior to law school, Ms. Naraghi worked as an A&R intern for Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Atlantic Records. She is currently a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Iranian-American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
