Erin O’Leary is a litigation associate at Gerard Fox Law. She represents clients in complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Gerard Fox Law, P.C., Ms. O’Leary was an associate with McCarter & English, LLP. She has experience in complex commercial, business, municipal, products liability, and appellate matters in state and federal court.
Ms. O’Leary graduated in 2010 with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served on the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and on the Moot Court Board. She competed in several moot court competitions, winning the Alva P. Loiselle Moot Court Competition and placing among the Top Ten Best Advocates at the John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. She earned her undergraduate degree in international business from the University of Richmond in 2007, and studied business at the Institut de Formation Internationale in Rouen, France.
Ms. O’Leary enjoys giving back to the community through regular pro bono work. She is also member of the board at HARC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
