David Ching

David is an associate whose experience and ability exceeds his years of practice. He effectively managed a small law firm, managed two other attorneys and multiple staff members. He directed and managed the litigation of over seventy cases in a variety of practice areas as both plaintiff and defendant, in a variety of business disputes, derivative lawsuits, employment litigation, contract disputes, real estate claims, class action, and other matters.

 
David has written and prevailed on preliminary injunctions, dispositive motions, and appeals. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, settled more than fifty cases by mediation, countless cases between counsel, was the first chair of a two-week long jury trial and second chair in a three-week long jury trial.
