BIOGRAPHY
Benjamin M. Weitzman is an associate in the New York office of Gerard Fox Law. His practice focuses on general and multi-jurisdictional civil litigation.
Mr. Weitzman received his BA in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from LMU Loyola Law School. While at Loyola, he participated in moot court and trial advocacy.
Mr. Weitzman is admitted to practice in California. He is also admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and has pending bar admissions in New York and Washington, D.C.

FUN FACT
While studying for the California Bar, Mr. Weitzman began training for his first marathon, the October 2021 London Marathon, which he ran in 3:30:37. He now wants to run additional marathons across the US and overseas. Apart from endurance running, Mr. Weitzman enjoys hiking, music, and art.
