Cary Samowitz has represented clients in complex civil litigation and arbitration in a wide variety of jurisdictions, concentrating on business disputes. He
has extensive experience in state and federal courts, having argued approximately twenty appeals throughout the country. Cary is the former Chair of the Litigation Committee of the NYC Bar Association, and specializes in practice before the New York Supreme Court, the New York Commercial Division, and the New York state and federal appellate courts.
Cary is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was an Editor of the Law Review and also published a Note. At NYU, Cary was awarded the Advocacy Award for Outstanding Moot Court Brief.
Cary is the recipient of numerous awards for his commitment to pro bono service.
