Lauren M. Greene graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Law, cum laude.  Ms. Greene received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Bradley University in Music Business with a minor in French in 2007.

Ms. Greene has extensive complex litigation and transactional experience in the music, entertainment, intellectual property, and business fields.  She has represented clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate levels.  Ms. Greene has sat second chair in high-profile trial and arbitration proceedings, and has argued numerous motions in trial and appellate courts.  Prior to joining Gerard Fox Law, Ms. Greene worked in-house for a prestigious specialty financing company focusing on copyright, music royalties and catalogs, corporate, and litigation issues. While in law school Ms. Greene worked at a top talent agency and for a Fortune 200 corporation.  In addition she competed in the Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Greene is on the Board of Governors for LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles, and is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Association of Independent Music Publishers.  She is active in the Los Angeles community and is the Secretary of the Associate Board of Directors for the Shelter Partnership, an organization that works to end homelessness in Los Angeles.

Briefed and argued a novel issue of California law at the California Court of Appeal leading to a published opinion.

Successfully appealed summary judgment entered against our client.
