BIOGRAPHY
Kathy is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience across a wide range of practice areas, including complex business litigation, construction litigation, small business disputes, probate, medical malpractice, civil rights, personal injury, and appeals. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and began her practice in Chicago with a focus on medical malpractice and transportation law. While practicing in Chicago, she obtained summary judgment in a multimillion-dollar mortgage-backed securities fraud action, and created new law during an appeal on a wrongful birth action. Kathy also tried several cases to verdict. Kathy’s career brought her to Phoenix, Arizona, where she focused on commercial litigation, and real estate litigation, before starting her own firm working on civil rights litigation, personal injury, and construction cases. Kathy’s passion for crafting winning strategies and arguments motivates her to excel in every case, regardless of the size of the case. Kathy is also driven to provide outstanding client service and to develop strong client relationships, which for her, makes all of the hard work worthwhile.
