Prachi Ajmera graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2012 where she was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Ajmera graduated from New York University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Sociology.
Ms. Ajmera has extensive litigation experience. Throughout her legal career, she has represented clients ranging from major corporations to educational institutions in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Gerard Fox Law, Ms. Ajmera worked at boutique law firm specializing in the New York Labor Law where she represented municipalities, private corporations and prominent universities in high exposure cases. She also worked at a leading national firm where her practice focused on general liability defense work with a strong emphasis on construction cases and labor law matters.
She has significant experience defending premises liability matters, elevator malfunction accidents and property damage claims. Throughout her career, Ms. Ajmera has defended many well known real estate investment trusts, national construction entities, and healthcare networks in multimillion dollar suits.
